FCC Certificates and Licenses 46 CFR 184.502 States that you must comply with FCC requirements 47 CFR 80.13 FCC Station License Required if you have Marine Radios, EPIRBS, and/or AIS equipment on board Valid for ten years 47 CFR 80.901 FCC Safety Certificate More than six passengers for hire that carry a radio Once every five years
