Logging in to PearsonAccess Step 1: Access the PearsonAccess website at: http://www.pearsonaccess.com/cs/Satellite?pagename=Pearson/QuickLink/PearsonAccess Step 2: From the homepage, select Tennessee from the drop-down menu. Step 3: Log in to PearsonAccess using your assigned userid and password. Presentation Title runs here l 00/00/00

Logging in to PearsonAccess Step 4: Click the “Accept” button on the Privacy Policy page. Step 5: The PearsonAccess homepage will display. You are now ready to view your students’ data. As a reminder, for Spring 2012 you will only be able to view student data. Any changes to your students’ data must be made within your student information system and uploaded to EIS. Viewing Your Students’ Data in PearsonAccess Step 6: Click on “Test Management” You will want to make sure you are viewing the correct test administration to see your students. Step 7: To change your test administration, click on the Change, a list of the test administration will display and you can select the test administration you want to view. You can select a test administration to make it your default by clicking on the Save and Make Default button. Presentation Title runs here l 00/00/00

Viewing Your Students’ Data in PearsonAccess Step 8: Once you select the test administration you want to work with, click on Student Registration to start your review. Step 9: Once you are in Student Registration, you can use a couple of reports to view your students. Presentation Title runs here l 00/00/00

Viewing Your Students’ Data in PearsonAccess Step 10: By requesting a Registration File, you will receive an output in Excel format that you can view and sort to check your student data. Step 11: After you make your request, you will receive an email when your file is available for review. Click on the link that is contained within your email to access your file. Viewing Your Students’ Data in PearsonAccess Step 11:To view student counts, you can request a registration summary file and you will receive an output in PDF format by school and test. Viewing Your Students’ Data in PearsonAccess You can enter search criteria in the upper portion of the screen at right, or do a general search by, for example, grade. Results will appear in the bottom portion of the screen. Click on a student’s name. All of the student’s demographic data will appear for your viewing. Presentation Title runs here l 00/00/00

Viewing Your Students’ Data in PearsonAccess To view individual student by a certain demographic, example ELL, you can use the view by Student Test view to make sure those students are accounted for. Within your Student Registration, change your view by to Student Test and you can make click on your selection criteria. This will provide you will the list of student’s that meet that criteria.
