What worked…. 5 years on it is still running Over 600 students have ‘signed off’ using the process Has identified and supported discussion around often complex issues Plenty of interest… Internally School level College level Commercial Externally Conferences Institutions Professional Bodies Student feedback remains really positive…

What didn’t…. Did not capture all potential issues Still restricted to UG Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) programme School level College level Commercial Challenge linking to enrolment procedures OH DBS HEOPS

What's next…. We will continue to use it, because it works well We are going to monitor metrics in light of changes We are rolling out on a smaller scale… - Mental Health Nursing - challenging recruitment, high attrition We are still persevering... and we still get interest... We are happy to share practice
