Groups – File Import File -- > Import from a File Text vs. .csv File Format Attendee based import Attendee # and Group Name (be precise) Can be done with initial import OR on it’s own.
Group – Mass Edit Method best used if you are collecting this information as a custom field and then adding for invoicing or assignment options
Groups – Manually Applied Attendee -- > General tab -- > Housing and Billing Information
Applying an Override Rate Groups allow you to apply a different rate for one attendee then another attendee assigned to the same room. Two-Step Process: Step one – Add Rate Type to Conference Step two – Add Rate Type to each room type
