The Concept Personal Assistants Club by Travel Elite Group The main idea of the organization of the Club is to create a community of personal assistants and travel coordinators of major Russian companies and corporations, such as financial-industrial groups, banks, oil and gas companies, leading companies in their sectors of activity. The task of Travel Elite Group, as the organizer of the Club, is to provide an opportunity for suppliers to access and promote their product to unique target audience, the acquisition of which requires a large amount of material and human resources. The value of this target group lies in their direct access to high-level end customers, organization of private and corporate trips, as well as the influence on decision making about the choice of directions.

Participants Personal Assistants Club by Travel Elite Group The members of the Club are personal assistants and travel coordinators of major Russian companies, who organize in their structures travel and corporate trips for senior management, company employees and for employees of the branch offices and dealer organizations.

Condition and cost of participation for suppliers Personal Assistants Club Condition and cost of participation for suppliers by Travel Elite Group The maximum number of suppliers in one event – 5. The minimum number of Club members at one event – 40-50 pax. During the event there will be coffee breaks and buffet with alcohol beverages. The cost of participation for one supplier - 600 Euros (maximum of 30 minutes self-presentation and the possibility of presence during the entire event).
