Presentation transcript:

By investigating other works and artists it allows creativity and inspiration for new ideas! You must show you can annotate the artists work and give your opinion of the work as well as information.

Visual mind map of your theme. Pages to include for A01: Visual mind map of your theme. Gallery visit and annotation of your day and what you found interesting. Artist research pages (a minimum of 3) HOW? Finding relevant images of artists work. Looking at art work. Commenting on what you see. Showing how these have inspired your ideas. What to write about the artists work: Facts about the work Facts about the Artist Your opinions Although Art is not considered to be a subject that involves a lot of writing you will be expected to make notes on your artwork. This will allow us as teachers when assessing the work, to understand the journey of your work. You must use professional art language whenever you can, to express your thoughts as taught by your teacher. Top Tip!! Remember, your work must always be presented to give the ‘wow’ factor! Even though you will be writing lots of analysis, think how you can creatively present your work, a well presented page adds to the refinement of your art work.

Look at different themes within your project!
