Fitness Planning Setting Goals and Designing Your Own Personal Fitness Plan.

Why do we set goals? To have something to shoot for. To measure our progress. To use as a tool for designing programs. To evaluate our programs.

Setting Your Own Fitness Goals: Step 1: From your testing results sheet, write in under the correct fitness component, the name of the test performed and your score for that test. Setting Your Own Fitness Goals: Step 2: Looking at the performance charts on the handout, see how your score rates compared to others in your age group.
