Closing Prayer For you, Child of God, Jesus Christ came into the world, the Word of God made flesh. For you he entered the shadow of Gethsemane and suffered the horror of Calvary. For you he uttered the cry, “It is finished!”
Closing Prayer For you he triumphed over death, rose in newness of life, and ascended to rule over all. All of this was done for you, though you may not know it yet.
Closing Prayer But we will pray for you and proclaim this good news on your behalf until it becomes your own. In this way the promise of the gospel is fulfilled: “We love because God loved us first.”
