THE DEVON ENERGY AUDITORIUM 333 W SHERIDAN AVE OKC, OK 73102 CONSTRUCTED: 2010

FOUNDATION CONNECTION As pictured above, the panels do not touch the sidewalk, which we can assume the do not interact with the wall foundation. However, it is safe to assume the wall behind the panels in which they attach to does meet the foundation. The connection between the two is not visible from the exterior.

ROOF CONNECTION Again, from the exterior there is no visible connection between the panels and both roof systems. In the picture on the left, the panels simply meet the edge of the roof and continue to frame the glass wall on the other side. When the panels in the picture on the right meet an overhead roof it appears that they continue behind the system. However, the connections here are the same as the foundation connections in the last slide.

OTHER STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS The picture on the right shows part of the connection system between panels. This screw is one of the only components that keep the panel attached to the wall behind it. As for visible damages or weaknesses from the panel system, none were apparent. The only visible problem with the wall was the visible debris that get caught between the panels. Without proper maintenance, the spaces between panel connection can deteriorate due to debris build up.
