WAS v7 - Main menu screen From the main menu screen, select the first option: "Launch the installation Wizard for WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment" WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange

WAS v7 - License agreement screen Review the license agreement Click the radio button to “accept both the IBM and the non-IBM terms” Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 - System prerequisites check screen Verify the that your O/S successfully passes the “System Prerequisites Check”. Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 - Optional features installation screen Do not install any optional feature Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 – Installation directory screen Select the directory path where you want to install your WAS v7. Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 – WAS environments screen Select “None” off the “environments” selection. When the message pop-up appears asking whether you're sure you want to proceed without creating a profile, click "Yes“ Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 – Repository for centralized installation managers screen Do not create a repository for centralized installation managers Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 – Installation summary screen Review the selections you made in the “Installation Summary” If necessary click the “Back” button to change any incorrect setting. Then click “Next” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
WAS v7 – Installation results screen Verify that the WAS v7 installation results is “Success”. Do not create a new WAS profile using the Profile Management Tool Then click “Finish” WebSphere® Support Technical Exchange
