Section of people not covered by labour law Agriculture workers in India, Pakistan, Nepal. But Srilanka Agriculture workers are covered under labour law. Health and Education Domestic Nepalese Labour Sector is in the Extreme Exploitation. Home Based workers Flexible laws pertaining to Formal and Informal Sector.
