Negotiate a solution to each problem presented Negotiate a solution to each problem presented. Establish a voting method your team of three agrees to follow. For example, simple majority vote counts as a rule. The Allied Powers have all of the cards Germany wants. If at the end of a round, Germany wins then the Allies must hand over that card to Germany. During the round, the Allied Powers can use their Versailles Treaty card to remind Hitler to follow the treaty. Rules
