Critical success factors for school improvement ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE FAMILY/COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT QUALITY DATA TO DRIVE INSTRUCTION SCHOOL CLIMATE LEADERSHIP EFECTIVENESS TEACHER QUALITY INCREASED LEARNING TIME The critical success factors are the key ingredients for successful schools and will help districts provide for ALL students.

BRAINSTORMING PROMOTES CREATIVE THINKING GETS IDEAS “ON THE TABLE” NOT DESIGNED TO JUDGE THE MERITS ON AN IDEA CAN BE DONE THROUGH WORDS OR DRAWINGS LEADS TO GROUP SHARING THROUGH PRIORITIZING A CONSENSUS IS REACHED Will create a segue to Root Cause Analysis.

Root cause analysis WILL DETERMINE A STARTING PLACE FOR IMPROVING SERVICES AND CREATING A BETTER LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR STRUGGLING STUDENTS. A good tool for determining a successful programmer strategy is the Root Cause Analysis because it links to brainstorming as we search for solutions.
