5311(f) Funding Evaluation Criteria Since 2008 California Intercity Bus Study Multi-year funding JARC merged into the 5311 program FAST Act unsubsidized portions of private intercity bus service as matches to federal funds, incl. 5311(f) Some other criteria Is there a recognized need? Was there external input and coordination? Are there sufficient funds to undertake the project? Is the project feasible? Duplication of service?
