They produce SG(Ductile) Iron castings and Grey Iron Castings with weight ranges from 0.5g to 300kg. Production VR Foundries has a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes. In the Moulding Section: DISA vertical 315 moulds/hr (size 600/850/500) EIRICH sand plant 50tons/hr DISA drum cooler DISA core shooter In the Melting Section: INDUCTOTHERM Furnace 3 tons/hr x3 INDUCTITHERM Autopour System In addition to this, VR Foundries has a fettling department and a laboratory with a spectrometer and extensive sand testing equipments.
