How did Medicine develop during the Renaissance? Renaissance covers time period between 1430 – 1700 Renaissance means ‘re-birth.’ Time when old ideas were challenged New interest in culture and science of Greeks and Romans Old ideas were being challenged – scholars adopted new enquiring attitudes Wanted to make theories that explained the world
