Senior Event Manager- This is my position. I am the head of the company and will be responsible for all the final decisions regarding large events. I will also pitch the events to larger customers. I will layout the employee structure and determine how the company will operate. Event Operations Manager- This position will be filled by someone with experience in both running a business and running events. They will know all the events on the calendar and will have the plan for each and who is responsible for each section always available. They will communicate directly with the Senior Event Manager and deliver information that is impactful to the events and company. Event Services Assistant- This position will be responsible for helping the Event Operations Manager stay organized. They will handle the back and forth between the other positions in the company. They will handle the paperwork for the planning to free up the Operations Manager.

Administration Coordinator- This position is involved in all admin related departments. They take in the info from the finance, human resource, and law department. They are then responsible for disseminating information up to the Event Services Assistant who will then provide reports to the Operations Manager. Financial Management- They will be responsible for payroll and billing for the company. Accounting will be done on premise with taxes being done by outside service. Human Resources- This employee will be responsible for hiring and firing of employee’s. They will also oversee training for company policy. Employee benefits will also be a large part of their job. Contract Lawyer- All the events and vendors will require contracts. Our lawyer will be on retainer and won’t require a full-time position.

Operations Coordinator- This position is the on the ground person dealing with the events They must coordinate with the Logistics Manager and the Site Manager to keep the events running smoothly. They will receive an overall plan from the Event Operations Manager and will be responsible for seeing it function Site Management- This person is responsible for coordinating the food, entertainment, and design for the event. Food and Beverage Manager- They will oversee the food and beverage served at the event. They will be responsible to contact vendors and make sure everything is in line for the event. Wait Staff- Responsible for serving the food and beverages at event. Chef and Kitchen Staff- Responsible for making the event menu Decoration and Design Planner- Responsible for developing a design for event and providing the appropriate vendor to accomplish it. On Site Event Manager- Individual who is at the event as it runs and solves any onsite problems. Logistics Management- This position deals with the nuts and bolts of the event. They work with the vendor arrangements and the set-up of the actual event. Set up/ Tear down Crew- Responsible for arriving before the event to set up and arriving after to tear down and pack up all event related items. Cleaning Crew- Responsible for returning the event location back to its original condition.

Marketing Coordinator- This position handles the marketing department and makes sure those in the department are achieving the goals of the company. Sales and Merchandising Rep- This person is responsible for getting the name of the company out there. They will participate in conventions and develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the company. Event Sales Team- They are responsible for selling our various services to a company who has booked our company and is planning an event. Risk Management Coordinator- Tasked with assessing the potential pitfalls at an event and making sure that every precaution that can be taken is. Charity Coordinator- Our company wants to give back and has decided to plan charity events at a discounted rate. This employee will select those we will work for and helps plan their event.
