Expectations Be prepared for class by completing homework and class work on time. Stay on task and on time. Follow class and school rules. All students are expected to ask questions and inquire about what they learn. All students are to remain silent during announcements and direct teacher instruction! Raise your hand to ask or answer a question.

What do you believe are good classroom policies for a safe learning environment? Why do we need classroom rules? Why do each of us need to follow them? What if one of us having a bad day or just want to play? How can each of us make this class a good learning experience?

Office hours and contact information bmoyer@ acpsd.net 803-442-6100 ext. 167 Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays 3:50 pm – 4:15 pm I only hear arguments from 3:50 – 4:15 pm.

Be Prepared Be in your seat every day before the tardy bell. Bring a willing attitude along with your notebook and textbook. Complete any homework ahead of time yourself. This allows you to know what questions to ask the next day. Review notes from the day before.

Daily Routines Please throw away papers and sharpen pencils before class or after an assignment is given…  NOT during direct instructional class time. Please clean around and under desks before leaving. Please come into class with all required materials and take them out. Look for bell work on the overhead or whiteboard and begin to work.

Daily Routines Papers will either be collected by the teacher from each student or papers will be handed forward in each row then passed over to the end where one student turns the assignments into the appropriate box at the front of the class. Keep isles between tables free from debris by placing your book bag under your desk.
