Reward System Is an essential component of the Performance Management System, within the Human Talent Management. It helps the organization retain good employees motivate staff

Reward System support individual learning. facilitate organizational strategic objectives, and support individual learning. it is a key component in an organizational analysis and is associated with overall organizational performance.

Kinds of incentives there are both monetary and non-monetary incentives in all organizations. not everyone is motivated by the same rewards. some people are motivated by money, other less so.
