Committee Review: Working with Applications ADMIT Committee Review: Working with Applications
Working with Applications Admissions Committees will access the Committee Review pool to view applications that the Coordinator has selected to be evaluated by the department committee. Initially submitted reviews can only be seen by the coordinators, however, when applications are moved to Committee Review all committee members should be able to read individual reviews. Applications will remain in Committee Review unless tagged, dragged or given a Coordinator Decision by the Doctoral Coordinator: Tag Manually removes the application from Committee Review pool and moves the application to the selected decision sub-pool (Admit, Deny, Waitlist, Withdraw). Drag Application can be dragged to selected pool or decision sub-pools. Note: If dragged, application will NOT be automatically removed from pool. To remove, use the Remove feature from the Action dropdown menu. Coordinator Decision In the individual application, Doctoral Coordinator can select a Coordinator Decision to automatically move the application to the selected decision sub-pool and remove the application from Committee Review.
