The Champagne Bubble Patio Program at Prasino Restaurant Chicago’s best patio destination and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner, Prasino Restaurant, showcased Moet Hennessy Champagne by the glass at their innovative Champagne Bubble Patio program. The Champagne bar was set up in the middle of a 130 seat patio which featured table and luxury lounge seating. Staff were trained about the Champagne ladder and Champagne first. Chef pairing packages featured caviar, oysters and seafood dishes with Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, Moet Imperial Rose and Krug Grande Cuvee for special prices on the menu. Prasino is building on the Bubble Program for their next location in the heart of the business district of Chicago, River North.
