Ants = Ant + s Example: Ants usually live in groups under the ground. Likable = Adjective; like, easy to like. Example: Amira is a likable girl.
Toys = Toy + s Example: Tomorrow, my mother will take me to shop for new toys.
Flies = Fly – y + ies Example: Don’t eat uncovered food, it may be covered with flies.
Things = Thing + s (an object that is not alive) Example: I found lots of things that I don’t need in my wardrobe.
Boxes = Box + es Example: Wow, these boxes are so colorful!
Games = Game + s Example: What are your favorite games on the computer?
Lines = Line + S Example: In the morning lines, we must stand still, and salute the flag.
Rocks = Rock + s Example: My sister likes to collect different types of rocks. It is her hobby.
Wishes = Wish + es (desire, want) Example: Mothers and fathers always try their best to make their children’s wishes come true.
Ladies = Lady – y + ies Example: Queen Rania, the queen of Jordan is a great lady.
Dishes = Dish + es Example: We must wash the dishes when we finish eating.
Babies = Baby – y + ies Example: Oh, babies are so adorable!
Bushes = Bush + es ( small tree) Example: The rabbit is hiding behind the bushes.
Glasses = Glass + es Example: Pay attention, don’t break the glasses.
Puppies = Puppy – y + ies Example: Puppies are my favorite pets.
