Out with the old and in with the new Why are we migrating to a new website? http://connect.spe.org/Delta/Home/ Quick comparison the two websites New website much more integrated with SPE International (spe.org)

Features of the new website Quicker navigation Sub tabs can be accessed from any page Data storage Ability to post documents for long term storage BOD minutes, Meeting presentations, Annual reports etc etc……. Documents have space on home page under “Recent Shared Files”

Features of the new website Download events to Outlook calendar Adding events Officers who are logged in can “add events” Handout available with instructions on how to add events

Features of the new website - Payment Event payment change New website requires payment to go through PayPal Redirects users to PayPal page PayPal login optional but not required Deposits money into PayPal account Money has to be transferred from PayPal account to SPE-Delta Section Chase account Working towards platform that does not require leaving website
