PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) A new option to finance energy and water efficiency upgrades: PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy)

What is a PACE Financing? Provides loans to residential and commercial property owners to install energy and water conservation improvements and renewable energy upgrades No up-front cost Repayment occurs on the property tax bill, which can be tax deductible and transferred to future owners of the property

What kinds of improvements can be financed with PACE?
