BASKETS → Preparation First, mix the flour with the cubed butter, add the sugar, vanilla, yolks, sour cream, sodium bicarbonate off with lemon juice and stir a dough that I leave an hour in the refrigerator. The whites fall out, add the sugar and continue to fight until the sugar melts. Add the essence of rum, then finally, gently stirring with a palette, add the ground nuts. Shells are lubricated with oil. The dough lies on the board, cuts the circles that are placed in the table basket. In each basket you put the sweet (cherry in my case).
