DG – Aundrae Romeo ACCOMPLISHMENTS Mid Year Training: District Officer Training : Area Govs and Div Govs Trained at DECs – Sept 2012; Mar 2013 Mid Year Training: Trio attended training Jan 24-27th in Las Vegas Club Visit Reports: 14 of 38 Area Governors have visited and reported on75% or more of their clubs. 12 have visited and reported on 100% of their clubs. 88 of our 189 Clubs have been visited Needs 2 Members DCP Goals Statistic (Silverlight Reports) Clubs Meet Memb Req Club Success: 5 5+ Clubs with 5+ DCP Goals 81 66 1 4 Clubs with 4 DCP Goals 15 9 3 Clubs with 3 DCP Goals 20 12 7 2 Clubs with 2 DCP Goals 25 Clubs with 1 DCP Goal 31 6 Clubs with 0 DCP Goals 28

DG – Aundrae Romeo CHALLENGES TARGETS: 8,600 Member Payments 49 % of the clubs in District 56 were Distinguished last year. Special Challenges: Historically lost 13 clubs per year. Need to turn the tide and strengthen struggling clubs and start 38 new Clubs this year (one club per Area Governor). The District has been Distinguished for the past 3 years. With the new District Recognition Program, District 56 is aiming to be President’s Distinguished before 6/30/13 as we celebrate our 55th Anniversary on May 17-18, 2013. TARGETS: 8,600 Member Payments 205 Paid Clubs 100 Distinguished Clubs

DG – Aundrae Romeo STRATEGIES: Through the use of incentive and recognition programs, we hope to meet and exceed the goals of the Individual Member and the Clubs. 5-Star Program – Distinguished Clubs Super 7 – Club Officer Training Triple Crown – Member Education Extra Degree – Club Visits Extra Degree - Area and Division Councils Extra Degree – Club Goals Charter Awards – New Club Growth Club Starter Award – New Club Growth Double Dues – Member Growth and Retention Unsung HERO – Member Recognition DTM 55x55 – Member Education Vision Awards – Membership Renewals We hope to market and promote Toastmasters to a wider Houston community and to have over 150 in attendance our Spring 2013 Conference.
