Black Data Processing Associates - St Black Data Processing Associates - St. Louis Chapter A Evening With The CIO Series Featured Speaker - Mary Heger Vice President, Ameren Services Center and Information Technology Ms. Heger directs the staff responsible for all information technology operations, including information security and planning, development and business services operations. Ms. Heger began her career in 1976 at Union Electric Company—now known as AmerenMissouri, an Ameren subsidiary. She moved to the Information Technology Function as a programmer in 1981. In 1992, she was promoted to assistant treasurer and manager of Investor Services. After serving in various IT management positions, in 2004, Ms. Heger was promoted to Director of Development, Information Technology. Named a YWCA 2010 Leader of Distinction, she was recognized by the Diversity Journal as a Women Worth Watching 2011 award winner. Mary will talk with us about what it takes to be a success.
