Stakeholder Survey Results 2015-16

Stakeholder Survey Results 2016-17 A small selection of the positive responses! Good quality of support and advice given from Active Cumbria Although the CSP team is small they do try to make a difference in Canoeing as they value our sport as being important in Cumbria The overall support Active Cumbria has provided has been excellent. Without doubt they have added value to a number areas across a number of clubs and providers in Cumbria. In some counties people do not know who their CSP is when asked however in Cumbria this is not the case at all! Provides an excellent one-stop shop linking schools to all projects/programmes/resources/advice etc. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable team. Always positive and approachable Active Cumbria act like true partners

Customer Feedback Results 2016-17 Through AC we now have around 20 new active members bringing approx £10,000 which is much needed into the club. The organisation of the event was fantastic. Very smooth. There was very little for us to organise at school. Active Cumbria did it all! Great service and very well presented. Good anecdotal evidence and subject knowledge within the team. The session provided great tips and ideas for clubs to implement and make the most of their Social Media whilst avoiding the pitfalls. Very supportive team, they understand my needs and provide support when needed I think you do great work, that is often under-reported, and you have access to some great networks and funding that can help activity
