What is the history of Thanksgiving? In 1621, after a hard and devastating first year in the New World the Pilgrim's fall harvest was very successful and plentiful. There was corn, fruits, vegetables, along with fish which was packed in salt, and meat that was smoke cured over fires. They found they had enough food to put away for the winter.

When is Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving is always held on the Fourth Thursday of November.

How do we celebrate? We celebrate Thanksgiving by gathering with our loved ones and having a feast. We spend time with our family to show how much we love and appreciate them.

Tradition The Tradition of Thanksgiving entails gathering with family and loved ones and expressing your love, gratitude and appreciation for everything you have.

What do you like the most about Thanksgiving? The thing I love most about Thanksgiving is getting to see all my family together, and letting them know how much I love them. I also like the good food and dessert !
