& Superimposed Preeclampsia CHTN ↑BP before 20 weeks Diagnosed Ensure medications appropriate for pregnancy Begin Antenatal Testing @ 32 weeks if on medication (includes Growth US, NST, AFI) IOL @ 38-39 weeks Undiagnosed Begin Medication as needed Obtain Baseline Preeclamptic Labs/Monitor for S/S OB/MFM consult as needed GHTN ↑ BP after 20 weeks Begin Medication as needed Begin Antenatal Testing @ 32 weeks (includes Growth US, NST, AFI) IOL @ 37 weeks BP check 6 weeks postpartum Monitor for S/S preeclapmsia OB/MFM consult as needed Preeclampsia & Superimposed Preeclampsia ↑ BP after 20 weeks with S/S Begin antenatal testing @ 32 weeks (Includes Growth US, NST, AFI) IOL @ 37 weeks or earlier if indicated BP check 3-10 days PP & 6 weeks PP OB/MFM transfer as needed
