Shortest title possible, keep it simple! First and Last name of author(s), spell out first author’s first name Author affiliation(s) i.e., University of Wisconsin—Madison Best titles practices: Left or center aligned Use easy to read non-serif fonts such as Arial. Capital letter only at the beginning of the title, and NO ALL CAPS! Keep the title text simple, removing as many words as possible. The title should be a simple sentence. Use only one line of text. No multi-line titles. Put the one or two words that describe the entire poster into the first part of the title sentence. Follow that word(s) with simple descriptors, i.e., Carbon fiber - a novel manufacturing technique Introduction Never put your abstract on your poster. Instead, use this space for the background & significance of the poster. Summarize previous results that led to your project, tell us how this furthers the current body of knowledge. Tell us why your project is important, why we should care about it. Keep it BRIEF and to the point! Results (heading text should be 50-36pts) This should be an overview of your results.
