Why Do We Study Geometry We look for relationships within shapes and Apply Algebra to them. Geometry is also an introduction to formal Logical Structures Geometry has it’s own Language

Geometry is Old It’s really really old Every ancient culture had discovered some of the relationships we will talk about in Geometry The Greeks where the first to write these rules down, so many words in Geometry are Greek
