Till now only 10558 CBS Transactions are performed in MP Circle causing the circle to be in bottom 3, therefore hon’ble CPMG sir has emphasized to ensure each BPM must use the MCDs for daily transactions of eMO and CBS by 25th July 2017. Department of Posts, India Learning from RICT Rollout phase -1: DO Hierarchy data must be cross verified minutely before submitting to circle or RICT operations to avoid incorrect mapping of Branch offices. Rollout should be plan by excluding TNF locations. Training environment must be created at least a week before the schedule plan of rollout activity. Rural Hardware device preparation and testing is very crucial step for successful implementation of project therefore Divisional SPOC must be present during the process. Department of Posts, India 8
