Commitment and support for WBQ from senior managers Senior Management Team involvement in planning, delivery and monitoring of the Welsh Baccalaureate Qualification - name individuals, where possible. Centres should give details of any agreement to proceed in principle that may have been given by the governing body or CEO.

Essential Skills Wales and Wider Key Skills Evidence of how your institution plans to coordinate and schedule the completion of ESW/KS requirements, including planning of effective staff development. Accredited Centre Status. Previous achievement of specific skills and their levels  

Tutorial support Appropriate support system in place, including provision of 30 minutes of one-to-one support per half term for all learners, this can be covered in 2 sessions of 15 minutes.

Promotion & Marketing Promote the Welsh Baccalaureate both in centre and to the wider community. Examples and details of any marketing plan should be provided where possible.
