Recruitment & Retention Task Force The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Recruitment and Retention Task Force has the primary responsibility to advise on policy and develop strategies related to Tax-Aide program volunteer recruitment and retention. Comprises 8 volunteers from around the country (volunteer lead: Dan Arnold; staff lead: Rosa Maymi)
Diversity Initiatives Continuing diversity bundle initiative to open new or expand existing sites to service multicultural clients/geographic areas 22 approved applications (so far) - deadline was 9/22; however, will accept last-minute applications over the next week or so; 19 existing Diversity Sites to continue “Bundle” includes laptops, printer, hot spot, for new sites for 2018 Stipend ($500 expensed) available to all Diversity Sites for recruitment or promotional activities Supported 46 diversity bundles nationwide in 2017
