Recommendations Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contract with the lowest responsive bidder, Advanced Industrial Services, Inc., in the amount of $960,900; Rejection of all other bids received under Specification 1317W - Rebid, except the second lowest responsive bid; Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contract with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants of Temecula, CA in amount of $27,046; Administrative Award and Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contracts with the necessary consultants, contractors, and suppliers for construction of College II Tank Interior Recoating; and Appropriation of $1,371,800 to fund project construction implementation.
