Strategy for Placement Activities at GCT Batch 2010 - 2014

How to Achieve the Desired Outcome Ownership Create avenues for Competition Improve Time & Resources Management Continual Evaluation Sharing information about the dynamic status of Preparation level and relative Ranking Training of committed students by III Cell Opportunity to participate in a Campus Drive after clearing Benchmark Tests and Continual Evaluation

Expectations from the Students Entry to the placement drive is not a matter of right but subject to good performance at continual evaluation process Weekly evaluation of knowledge and skills set to check competition handling ability Regular monitoring of performance in dynamic mode Elimination of disinterested or insincere students at various stages from placement activities

Process Getting a slot in Training and Placement Database Factual information to be given in designated Registration Form Regular appearance in Continual Evaluation Appearance in Benchmark Tests and Mock GD/PI sessions Final listing for entry to each drive based upon student’s performance, company’s requirement, target outcome objective and overall level of competition

Role of T & P Cell Preparation of annual GCT plan for placement Formation of Basic policies, parameters and minimum requirement for participation in drives Database management and analysis of the outcome of various evaluation activities Making question papers available Creating training opportunities Co-ordination between external and internal resources
