Objective Exploratory study Improved decision-making of the governing bodies of UNEG members and so contribute to learning on practices and/or institutional arrangements that support use of evaluations to inform strategic choices and decisions. Identify issues to take forward within UNEG's broader work on evaluation use and learn lessons.

Learning The degree to which systems and approaches are institutionalised seems to be heavily influenced by degree to which evaluation function has access to the Governing Body.
