By 2045, Chican@/Latin@s will be the ethnic majority of the United States (US Census) Ethnic Majority Shift by Age-Based Milestones 7 year olds (2017) 18 year olds (2025) 25 year olds (2030), etc. Yet, Chican@/Latin@ are not graduating from college with the same success rates as Non-Chican@/Latin@s Message to students: YOU MATTER!
