Select: Catalogue Orders Enter: Item code and quantity Your order can be made up from selecting any items from any of our current catalogues.
You can enter a personalised item at any time. All personalised items have a suffix code of I5 (CAPITAL i followed by 5 = I5) Press Add to Order. This will then bring up the personalisation page When a personalised item is entered you will be required to enter your personalised message. PLEASE ENTER CAREFULLY AS MISTAKES CAN NOT BE RECITIFIED AFTER YOUR COMPLETED ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
Each item has a specific number of characters (including any spaces). When your message is complete CLICK Save to add to order You will be notified to amend your wording if you enter too many characters
The item has now been added to your order. Once the item has been added to your basket you can view the personalisation data by hovering the mouse over the EDIT button. Press the EDIT button if you wish to amend, you will be taken back to the previous page.
When you have completed entering all your items PRESS Accept Order PRESS Confirm to submit your order PLEASE NOTE: All personalised items will be processed as a separate order and will be delivered 7-10 days from the date of invoice. All other products will be delivered as per your normal ordering schedule
Confirmation : Order Accepted Successfully You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order
When placing an order that includes any personalisation items you will receive 2 emails. 1st EMAIL: Informs you that your order for all items excluding any personalisation products has been passed to our warehouse and will be despatched as per our normal delivery schedule -----Original Message----- From: KLZ IS Mailbox Sent: 19 August 2013 16:23 To: Bill Black Subject: Order N3468601 confirmation Dear Bill, Thank you for your order which has now been passed to our warehouse for picking and packing. PERSONALISATION INFORMATION SHEET Ordering Despatch/Delivery Your order can include a mixture of any items from any current catalogue The suffix for all personalised items is I5 (a capital i followed by the number 5, not the number fifteen ) Orders will be submitted as one complete order and you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is processed it will then be split into two separate orders; one order will contain all non personalised products and one order will contain all personalised products. For each order you will receive an email confirming the order has been passed to the warehouse for processing. Each will have its own reference number, for example: N1234567……..would be for the order containing all non personalisation items N1234567P for the order containing your personalised items(same number but the P identifying personalised items) If the quantity for any personalised item ordered is 2 or more, the wording will be the same for the both items. If you require two of the same item but with different messages then the item has to be entered individually. Handling charge will be calculated on the total order value. Only one delivery address can be chosen for delivery of the total order. If you require your personalised products to be delivered to a different address to all other items, a separate order must be submitted and applicable handling charges would be applied. Despatch/Delivery Despatch of Order: Orders that contain non personalised items will be dispatched as normal and delivered following the normal delivery schedule. Orders that contain personalised items will be despatched separately and will take 7 – 10 days from the order date to be delivered. You will be able to track your non-personalised order as normal. You will receive an email and a text*, including parcel tracking details, when your personalised order is despatched. Packing Error Note: Please allow ten days from invoice date before contacting the Service Centre to raise a missing personalised item packing error note claim . Invoicing/Payment Orders for personalised and non personalised items will be invoiced at the same time but on separate invoices. Orders that contain non personalised items will be due for payment 14 days from the invoice date Orders that contain personalised items will be due for payment 28 days from the invoice date. *TEXT MESSAGE Subject to you mobile number being registered with us.
