Possible activities in my area

Nordic walking and running Nordic walking and running are ideal sports to practice in my region. You can cultivate it everywhere: walking or running through the forest, the seashore, educational paths, and the different types of bands hills ( Chelmska Mount) or in the city centre. All you need for this sport are the two Nordic walking poles, comfortable outfit, and now you're ready for the road for health.

Cycling Cycling is the perfect activity to do in my area. In the vicinity of the city and in the city there are numerous bike paths. Cycle paths allow you to reach the seashore or other places of interest. Moreover, the international bike path "Bike the Baltic„ crosses our city.

Swimming in natural water bodies You can swim in natural water bodies, since my region is by the sea and in the vicinity there are lot of lakes. It is a perfect way of active leisure time in water, usually in the summer or in the spring when the water is warm.

Kayaking Kayaking. It's the perfect sport because in my area there are many rivers, they are quiet as soon as the river flow into the sea, are wide and very nice to swim after them. You can really experience a great adventure in leisure time. You can really enjoy the great views of untouched nature.
