Module 5 closing and evaluation

objectives Recap the basic steps of the ERP process, possible strategy for rool-out (workshop duration, sequencing of events etc) and discuss accountabilities for each step Participants have a broad overview of the other country roll-out plans in their region Clarify all outstanding issues

Group Work Describe ERP roll-out key steps at country level 60 mins Describe ERP roll-out key steps at country level Define who will be involved for each step, and their roles define next steps for each country (or regional office) that group members represent Divide groups, as much as possible, in groups including regional staff and groups including staff from the same countries or at least countries with similar risk profiles. For point n.1, you ask groups to define the possible sequencing of events. For example, how do you roll-out the risk assessment and monitoring part of the ERP (1 workshop or more? Who do you involve? Etc), and then same question for MPAs. For CP, discuss sequencing: everything in one workshop or a phased approach (Scenario development and response strategy, then in a second phase re-convey all clusters to gather all cluster response plan and design the second part of the CP).. Etc.

Group evaluation Keep the same Agree Disagree Change or improve Other comments In groups, discuss what you appreciated about the workshop, what you would change and other general comments. After you finished, as a group move to the flip chat of the next group clockwise, and Agree or Disagree (as a group, non as individuals) on their own comments. The move to the next flispchat until you have commented on all other Groups’ comments. Please do not forget to fill in your individual assessments before you go!!!
