LabVIEW Interface Inputs from Device Under Test Battery voltage, current, and temperature Inputs from Dynamometer and controller Motor torque, speed, and excitation Cooling water temperatures (in and out) Virtual Instrument developed will display all data on a continuous timeline Data will be recorded at 1 sec intervals for duration of test and output into .xls format
New Developments Magtrol DSP6001 Controller connected to LabVIEW via RS-232 M-Test Software compatible with LabVIEW Download Magtrol’s driver (VI) that will automatically interface the data from the controller to LabVIEW Power supply for servo tester Nickel cadmium battery not available Will use same 12 volt supply in parallel with the Hall Effect sensor
