Create your own colour key Select Edit Color Key Click Add and give your colour key a title Edit the names of the colours you wish to use and the section colours if necessary Save and your colour key will now appear in the drop down selection of colour keys

Capture a Lecture Import PowerPoint slides/images or PDF documents Extract text from all slides into reference pane Press Record and begin to Highlight audio and create sections

Presentation Capture In Tools select Presentation Capture and click Start Open your PowerPoint Presentation (In Presentation mode) and practice/present as you would usually Once you have completed your presentation, select Finish within Audio Notetaker. You will now be able to view your slides and the Audio in each section

Review your presentation Select to show time stamps for each section Listen to your presentation Highlight points you like/dislike or that may need re-doing. Edit and re-record until your presentation is complete Export and review as necessary

Recording Audio from on-line sources Change microphone settings to record from : Audio Output Open your on-line resource (TED Talks, Youtube etc…) Click Record in Audio Notetaker and Play on your video resource Use the Capture tool to take screen grabs and create sections whilst you highlight the audio
