What is global warming Global warming is the rise in the average temperature of Earth's atmosphere and oceans since the late 19th century and its projected continuation.

How is it harmful The global warming is harmful ecological and social changes caused by the rise in global temperatures.

Is public responsible for it Yes, of course public is responsible for it. As they should stop smoking, plucking plants etc.

Is Government responsible for it? Yes government is responsible for global warming. They should ban global warming.
