The strict diet

What we can do.. 1/ Drink plenty of water OR ( drink 2 glasses before each meal ). 2/ Do not follow particular diet. 3/ Try to do exercise once a day. 4/ One spoon of olive oil every morning. 5/ Drink green tea after a meal 6/ Do not forget to eat vegetables.

Positive outcomes : 1/ Feeling good 2/ Get strong and healthy body 3/ Losing weight in good way 4/ Good skin & hair

Negative outcomes : 1/ Feeling bored 2/ Get unhealthy body 3/ Diseases 4/ Feeling very hungry 5/ Bad skin & hair loss

Actions !! Let them know about some diseases ( anorexia ) Teach them how to make healthy & delicious food Encourage them to do exercise

Summary… How can we help ourselves by changing the bad ways. The Strict diet can effect our health. Some of positive outcomes if we follow that & what happens if we don’t. We can remind people that they can do something different to lose weight.
