How to make a smoke free environment and why

Step 1 A good way to begin would be to control your own environment. Make rules at your house and enforce these rules.

Step 2 If your parents smoke in the house a good thing to do is to talk to them. Talk about concerns with health if they keep smoking. Educate them on the dangers of secondhand smoke.

Step 3 Try to keep away from smokers while they are smoking. Avoid enclosed places where people are allowed to smoke.

Step 4 Show your friends and family the rate of deaths from smoking. Secondhand smoke contains more than 250 chemicals known to be toxic or cancer-causing.

Step 5 You can support your family and friends by showing them these steps. You also can find other web sites that tell you how to quit smoking. Thanks for Listening
