Print Management Solution Pilot Summary Scope: Implement a solution to manage student printing within CLCs with minimum custom development. Objective: Solve problem of unconstrained printing in CLCs. Enhance the student experience with more equitable printer services. Improved printer service and reliability. Reduce the impact on the environment. Our process for establishing reasonable & productive print quotas: Analyzed historical print data, Benchmarking, ‘Voice of the Student’ and Quota modeling. Pilot implementation process validated the quota parameters. Results: We have experience an over 55% CLC print volume reduction. (Over 1 million printed pages in savings).
