Objectives of the project Exchange of information and utilize expertise of both countries (Finland & Russia) Develop multistage practical program which support energy efficiency actions especially for existing building stocks Develop practical tools to improve for example properties' energy efficiency, durability, air quality and life Develop new energy efficiency service models for properties in St. Petersburg Create new energy business opportunities for Russian and Finnish companies.
