Objectives of the project Exchange of information and utilize expertise of both countries (Finland & Russia) Develop multistage practical program which support energy efficiency actions especially for existing building stocks Develop practical tools to improve for example properties' energy efficiency, durability, air quality and life Develop new energy efficiency service models for properties in St. Petersburg Create new energy business opportunities for Russian and Finnish companies. Exchange information and utilize expertise of both countries (Finland & Russia) Develop multistage practical program which support energy efficiency actions especially for existing building stocks Create and test new concepts to compose new types of energy efficiency services and constitute a base for new businesses in the field of energy management creation of energy efficiency management tools and solutions improve sustainability and service life of building stocks improve the quality of life of citizens (indoor climate, economical benefit) analyze needs and wishes of Finnish and Russian forest sector actors Create practical tools for local authorities in energy and facility management EFEM- Efficient Energy Management Project The project is co-funded by the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland
