Safety obligation for Work Supervisors Before starting: PREVENTION PLAN – Write it with your contractor IMPACT – What, Where, When, Who, How, Safety VIC – Get everyone on board for the risk assessment, and make it approve Ask for advice from experts. Any time. Any where. Make sure all mitigation measures, rescue means and PPEs are in place During: Follow-up your works regularly on site Check that all safety measures and PPEs are still in place STOP the work if something looks wrong After the works: Carefully inspect the result Clean the workplace
